We now have been granted a special concession from BLITHFIELD ANGLERS to enable our guests to purchase day tickets for fishing from the bank and also to hire boats to fish for trout on Blithfield Reservoir which is right at the bottom of the gardens to the cottages.

Blithfiled Reservoir is the Midlands Premier Fly Fishery, it is privately owned by South Staffirdshire Water plc and the fishing is reserved for members of Blithfield Anglers Ltd. It offers 7 miles of superb bank fishing in an area of outstanding beauty in the Heart of Staffordshire. Trout up to 13lbs have been caught here, also there is a limiited amount of Pike fishing available with fish up to 40lbs being landed. Do contact us if you need more details.

We also have a Carp fishing pool here, on the farm, which is very popular with fathers and sons and is of course free of charge. There are several others in the area which make a small charge.
