What does a whole weekend wedding include?

Heron Cottage (sleeps 10)
Kingfisher Cottage (sleeps 6)
Mallard Cottage (sleeps 4)
Grebe Cottage (sleeps 2)

Exclusivity of the Wedding Barn and cottage courtyard from Friday - Monday.

The venue will be available for styling from 10am on the Friday and the accommodation is available from 4pm. Check out is by 10am on the Monday.

What's included in a Wednesday wedding?

Our Wednesday wedding package includes:

Grebe Cottage for the night of the wedding.
A larger cottage to use as a Bridal/Groomsman prep space.

How do I reserve additional accommodation?

You can email us here and we will let you know our availability. Our total capacity across the whole site is 52 guests. If you would like to book a lodge or cottage on a weekend, it's a whole weekend booking only (Friday - Monday).

Would you allow camping or campervans?

If you booked all five lodges as part of your wedding, we would allow bell tents down in the lodge field. You would need to hire these in and the additional cost would be £20 per tent plus the hire cost.

Campervans and Motorhomes are welcome but please ask us first to make sure there's space and everyone knows where they are going. We do not have overnight toilet facilities and the venue is locked at the end of each function.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Please ask us if you would like to discuss a corkage option. If our bar is open under our license, all alcohol is strictly to be purchased from there only. This covers the whole venue, the surrounding grounds and car park. Anyone found violating this policy will be given 1 warning and then asked to leave the premise.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the holiday cottages and some areas of the venue. There is however a £20 cleaning charge per dog.

Can I bring my own suppliers?

Absolutely. If you need further help with this we can recommend suppliers to you at your initial planning meeting.
